My Stage6 PWK Carb states it is equipped a "Power Jet". What the heck is that? I know Main Jet, and Pilot Jet, but Power Jet? Thanks. (All the Stage6 Youtube references are in German)

A seperate system that squirts Fuel into the venturi when there is sufficient vacuum. Its mostly used on bikes with gears to prevent running lean in the overrev area.
Not that useful on cvt engines since they don't go into overrev that often...Only at topspeed.

Yea. Lucas2T pretty much nailed it.
They allow you to go a little leaner on your main as the power jet helps out at the very top rpm. I've used a few OKO PWK's in 21mm and 24mm and found them great for racing and longer commuting with lots of full throttle use but crap for round town as they are are almost on/off. There's hardly any mid throttle cruiseability for town riding. I now prefer a good Dellorto for all round performance.
One thing that the PWK do very well is flow air!! My mate flow benched a 21mm dellorto and a 21mm pwk and the pwk trounced the dellorto. This is probably why they use flat-slide pwk's on powerful 2T motorcross bikes. Have fun!
