Not me, you can hear a Zuma turn signal clicking for blocks away. It's ridiculous.

I hate the blinkers on my Roketa AIR for this reason! They don't make any clicking noise (I could change the relay out for an audible one) and don't have a 'cancel' button- you have to slide the button back to the center and I always end up clicking the opposite blinker on! It slides very easily and there's really no way to 'feel' if you got the button to the center. I am constantly looking down at my dash indicators to see if my blinker is still on. It's actually quite annoying and can be lil bit dangerous fiddling with a finicky blinker slider while coming out of a turn on a torquey 96cc 2T. I really want to fab a blinker switch in that has the 'cancel' button in the center- I really like those!

I'm the exact opposite. I regularly hit the cancel button when I ride, even on straights for no reason.

If the scooter I am riding does not have the loud clicker, who knows how long it will be on! Yes it is quite annoying.

My relay is too loud, I've had people at stop lights ask about the "ticking" before. I can even hear it over wot if it's on.

Yes I do it constantly. I thought about installing a beeper, or at least a brighter light on the inst panel. The best part is when it is on and come to another corner and switch it the other way. On mine if the left signal is on and you flip the switch to the right both blinkers will work like hazard flashers.
I am getting to the point where I am like Brent, I am always pressing the re set button.

Run wires from your turn signals to coils and run the coil outputs to wires in your seat. -Problem solved.
I am guilty of leaving them on.
I just glance at my dash and lights every so often. I have a cancel button that works now that I learned how it operates. It took a week or so to figure it out. I should have read the manual but I can't read China-speak. Nothing else in my manual seemed to have anything to do with my trike but that. My indicator flashes but I have never heard a noise from the flasher. My hearing is crap though.
Otherwise change your controls to the type you like. You guys don't seem to worry about changing or modifying other things on your scoots. Grow some, there are so many options available for these scoots.
I suppose one could even make the turn signals cancel a set time after the brakes were released. Or use a gyro unit and a little Arduino micro-controller to operate the signals.

Nothing worse than riding for awhile and casually glancing down to see the turn signal light flashing knowing it's been a mile or more since your last turn, knowing the car behind you is watching you signal for no reason...
