Hmmm... It's not a Mina, it's not a Piaggio, not a Honda, not like any of the cylinders I have seen on those scoots anyway.... moped maybe??

No not a moped. The engine looked like a jog, but the starter was on the bottom of the engine, There was a plate covering the variator under the cvt cover. the cvt cover was plastic kinda rubberish. and the seat storage was metal an welded to the frame. I should have just bought the whole thing for 35 bucks. oh and the fan cover seemed like it was part of the casing but It wasent. I know i cant really explain it right. It was weird. Had like 8 inch tires on it. But was a scoot for sure.

It's the symbol on the head thats getting me. I've seen it before but can't remember where. Maybe from a TNG scooter?

I think I found it! I believe that this top end might be off a morini Franco engine. Not sure but I think so.

It is definitely a Hyosung head, I just pulled one off of a Prima with a SF50 engine. They put the engine numbers on the right side over the stator.
