I use Amsoil Saber for my pre-mix Derbi engine and Amsoil Interceptor for the oil injected engines. I bought some Ipone injection oil recently but have not used it yet. The reviews were really good and it has a strawberry smell when burnt. My theory on the scent is: If it smells like strawberries, you know your engine is getting oil.

I usually always use Lucas smokeless full synthetic oil at a 45:1 mix. i like the lucas smokeless oil because its just that, smokeless. unless you mix the oil 25:1 or 15:1, you dont get that 2 stroke smoke. the other on ive used in the Royal Purple HP 2-C 2 stroke synthetic oil, with it i had to mix it at 50:1 because it was too slippery, works awesome, and i've never had any seizes at all since ive used it. it also make excellent assembly lube.

If full syn where do you get it? I can get old stock of the semi (was called hi-per 2t before Penrite launched there MC oil range) but I can't find the full syn here. I'm running full mineral oil at the moment, Castrol Active 2t it's jasco FC rated and is meant to be decent as far as mineral oil goes, but I'm thinking I should be running something better in my Let's since I'm pushing it a lot harder.

Repco Cuz.
They sometimes do not have it on the shelves though. Usually they have it 'out the back'. They may have to order it in for you.
I use full semi in the Adly with its racing style cylinder kit and the semi-syn in the PGO(stock)and my Mopedathon bike with is an old Keeway Matrix with a ported 49cc engine, a pipe, 19mm Mikuni & pod filter.

Our repco sucks, they wouldn't even try to order it in for me! Am now running Total Hi-Perf Sport semi-synth, getting a good deal on it too, $10/l!
