(did search, didn't find)
The fact that you're almost all the time WOT, I don't understand why the travel has to be so much (especially on the small scoots)!! It hurts the wrist and hand, and you have LESS control over your scooter.
Do any of yous youts know an aftermarket scooter specfic throttle housing? Has anyone done a mod to make it less of twist travel?

Motion pro should be able to hook you up if your bars are7/8 or one inch.

Find a 2nd hand Dirtbike/MX bike throttle. Otherwise look for Domino or Tomaselli throttles

All Motion Pro makes is throttles and cables high quality reasonable price any good cycle shop will have their catalog.Get your cable length and choose your price range for a throttle. However 1/4 turns are for racers where you are either wfo or shutdown.Although you may perceive that to be the case on a scooter if you pay close attention you'll find you spend more time in 1/4 to 3/4 than you think.I have built very competitive racers for a long time I personally don't use them on my racers and wouldn't think of using one on a street bike.JMO

^^^ yeah, but with the small scoots, I'm either WOT, or off. anything in between is meaningless. Actually they should make digital throttle (well, actually they do, but...). haha, just on and off.
I'm gonna just make something myself, me thinks. Get some plastic, and make the outer cable guide (on the inside of the housing) bigger circumference...
