Has any one ever used Alsa spray paints or any of their other products??

Never heard of them before. Why do you ask? From my experience it's not the quality of paint that dictate the end results, but the preparation. I've used some very very cheap quality spray paint and you couldn't tell it wasn't PPG shot from a HVLP. That's nor to say paint quality is irrelevant though. Preps just more important IMO.

No, I haven't looked. If it seems like high quality, get some and do the proper prep. 2 cans should cover a scoot properly. 3 tops.

Wow. That first video... Are those chemicals that they keep spraying, or is it also water? If it's chemicals it has to be gawd awful expensive and wasteful!
I actually saw a Bentley last week with a blue tinted chrome finish. Sorta thought it was ugly :/
