Well, the first is HID and the second is LED. The HID will be much brighter, but if you notice, it's a single filament so no high beam. The LED has high and low beams and will last longer. They are so cheap that you should get both to see which one you like better

If you use an HID you must run it with DC power, so if your scoot uses AC for the headlight you have to rewire. AC ballast HIDs are supposed to last longer than DC ballast, but don't let the terms fool you. AC ballasts still need a DC supply, but they power the light with AC.

Hmm, the scooterwest HIDs are Plug-n-Play for the GTS, so I should just get those, huh?
The ebay LEDs are DC? It doesn't say.... just wondering if it's compatible with the GTS

Your big Vespa will run either of those lights. Probably the majority of scooters run the headlights on an AC current, including your et2, so they need some work before running HID and LED's.
