Does anyone run any running and/or accent LED light kits/accessories on their scoots??
I saw a scooter the other night, and his/her scooter was lit up like a Christmas Tree (almost)!! It was so cooool! And the coolest was the wheels! It totally lit up the little 10 or 12", and made it look huge! Definitely good idea riding at night, me thinks! There no way someone won't be able to see you (if anything, it would be a target fixation point for drunk drivers... sigh)!
Post up some pics - I wanna see. And how you mount them, and the wiring and all that jazz...

There is reflective tape for the wheels. That is probably what you saw on the wheels. (To keep them lit you might mount a white LED that is aimed at the rims).
LED light kits are mostly cheap, use very little watts and do look really cool. I'm going to mount a couple strips in the red reflectors on my trunk.

Negative, ghost rider. Definitely with it's own light source emitting.
I wanna see how you route the wires.

There are glowing valve caps available. Probably very hard on batteries.
I saved power with LED's and used some excess to add extra LED tail lights and brake lights to my scoot.
