So I got started a lil last night swapping parts on the kymcos. I finally decided to pull the head and cylinder off the one expecting a seized piston and crap cylinder. To my surprise the piston and cylinder were in great shape! As for the rest of the inside of the engine, crud! Crud crud crud! It looks to me like someone sabotaged the engine. So much crud In there its unbelieveable! Now what to do? Hopefully the other engine is in Much better shape!

Looks like something might have melted from gas or oil exposure. Diaphram, gaskets, hoses, etc.

Been sitting with water in the crankcase?? Looks like a rust/water/oil mix to me.

Looked like red dirt and rust to me! And like I said, piston, cylinder and head in good shape. The 2nd engine, the insides look better but cylinder and piston not so good.

Seems like it's been sitting awhile. You can wash it and see if it works ok. I'd be ordering some parts. Second one looks ok, but you better clean it good.

I think you got a waterleak. It looks like oil is mixed with water and has been standing for a while. Just like Raizer said.

I don't know when these kymcos have been ran last? I know the one with all the crap in the engine has been sitting outside for at least a year. The other one I have no clue? I mainly got the 2nd for the plastics. But now I see it has a better engine. The other one I know tries needs some parts off the engine so I will probably just give him what he needs. He may have to pay for shipping since I'm always broke! Lol
