What's the law on titling in your neck o the woods.Know it's a 150 but I been "Ridin dirty" forever.So I am prolly a bad advisor.

He said he found the title. Here in VA scoots have to be registered so the Vin will come back as a 150cc... Could also prolly talk this guy down... Last Scoot I bought from him I talked him down to 120$ and he wanted 450$ at first lol.... He's a little young rich kid

Well, if you have the money to buy it and fix then flip it... that could make you some extra cash! I'd image that you could get somewhere around a thousand of more for it? It's that time of year to do it.
