Got a 50mm big bore head and piston so I installed it yesterday. Now it won't start. It isn't bound up can spin the fan easily by hand. Have opened it up at least three times and reinstalled. Checked rechecked and checked again proper gap of rockers and even that I am at TDC on cam. PLEASE HELP

Did you make sure to set the engine at TDC before removing the old head and piston?
Is it turning over?

I had it at TDC before tearing into it. Everything went in without any major problems. Reassembled it and tried to start it and it cranked but never really tried to start.

It does have spark and is getting fuel. Took fuel line off and put into a bottle then turned it over and fuel comes out.

If you haven't already, try upping your jet sizes a couple of numbers on both your idle and main jets.

Just for reference I use a #85 in my 49.6cc with a uni filter.

You said it turns over easily by hand. You should feel significant resistance as the piston approaches TDC between the compression and power strokes (when valves are closed) if you have the spark plug installed. If not, check your compression. Even if the BBK looks alright and rings are to spec, if you used a new head you could have a leaking valve.
