My bike seems to stay in too high of a gear when trying to go up small inclines and loses all power. Any ideas? Its a pulse scout 49 2014

rollers need to be tuned to your liking when changing torque spring. Typically a heavier torque spring needs heavier rollers to counteract it.

The contra springs wear out from heat stress, this is an issue on one of my scoots.
Change the contra spring, if you have a stock motor, try a 1,500 pound spring (1,000 pound is stock), then mess with the rollers to match.

Also dissambly and relube of your torque driver pulley could help it's movement.

Do the 3 guides slide smoothly in the variator? Flat spots on the rollers?
