It means that you have at least some compression. And don't be fooled by the magnetism of the flywheel. you will feel that at various places. the compression will or at least should feel stronger.

Sorry I could not hear compression in your vids. That doesn't mean that you don't have any just that you still need to check by hand.

To run you need fuel/air in the right mixture, spark and compression. You are trying to test each of these to see which one you are missing. This is the basic compression check without a gauge. If you have all three things it will start and run.

I took it to the shop he simply put his hand on the back of carb. N kick started it. Then gave me a new carb
