Why do I have to kick start my bike after up to 15 min of being off. Engine will turn over but won't start after sitting. It will only start with electric start after 5 min warm up or a bike ride or summ. I do have a cig lighter pluged to my battery tho. My kick start is going bad also because of this

A stock battery is a bad battery. It sounds like your rectifier is not upgraded or wiring/ground issues. And a cigarette lighter does draw amps. Back to the battery thing......how much do you smoke. Oh , kick starts are aweak link. Is it a full size after marnket battery? You know, fill the whole battery well?

Fuel shutoff valve working?.
All sorts of things can cause this. Type of engine?
It could be as simple as adjusting valves on a 4 stroke
I use to have a similar problem on my 4t that seemed to have been solved by cleaning carbon buildup from the valves and seats so they didn't leak.

New or old, I'd put a voltmeter on the battery before trying to start it and see where it's at. Do the same after it's ran or try the cranking test here : www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bw3ikMEGh74

try bridging the connections at the starter solenoid with a screw driver and see if it cranks.
what's battery voltage after it has been sitting for a while?

It's cranking slow, but the battery voltage looks good even when cranking so the battery is likely fine. Check your connections at the relay and check your grounds. There should be grounds tying together batt negative, the frame, and the engine.
