I think my spring has aunt hung to do with it . It keeps overlapping and piping the gear off when I test it after a few tries.

Ya I got it to crank once but then it got stuck all the way down. I'm having putting on the washer and the horseshoe lock together so I tried it without the washer just the horse lock. N it cranked but gear got stuck at bottom

It looks like the spring may be a bit out of place from some of the pics. Look at 3:30 in the vid. Also, make sure everything can move smoothly. If that smaller gear binds up in the case, it causes return issues.

I got it on but working in the dark I put the same shaft gear on it . Witch I wasted my time now I have to do it over again n just switch out the half moon shaft gear for the new one . I messed up smh at least it cranks n works tho.

Ok I got that problem fixed however my kick lever is stripped. Any suggestions?
