Ad.. Haven't started it in about 5 years, shed kept, no keys but works with any key, lights work, brakes and tires like new price is negotiable

Two things I do not like about them.....
Being older generation scooters...
Hard to work on (compared to Chinese Scooters) because they have a vertical engine, and not as stable as Chinese scooters IMO. Also when they work...chinese scoots have very good brakes. That elite I believe has front drum brakes.
That said, the motors put down better power and are better made.

yea 137 miles... he doesnt have the title either.. thats the only trouble i would not want because in va they have to be registered to drive on the road

Here in MI., scooters have to be registered, if you don't get the registration from the seller, it is a PAIN to get the scooter registered.
