I think the bushing on one of my motor mounts is bad. It has some wobble whenever i put it on the kick stand and move it back and forth. I remember seeing a thread on how to make a home made bushing

Are they not made of rubber? I would bet someplace like Scrappy's sell them at a reasonable cost, probably cheaper than you can set up to make just a couple of them.

True. I guess I could just take them out of my wrecked scooter lol Here are all 3 bushings ready to go at Scrappy's (about 3/4 down this page) www.scrappydogscooters.com/Replacement_Parts.htmlThe third bushing goes on the shock. $19 for all 3 does not sound bad at all to me and I am usually pretty broke, ha ha. Think it would be easier to buy them unless your trying to make them out of polyurethane. I usually can find them for about 10 buck a pair on Ebay.

Summit, Jegs, Speedway motors, and your local auto parts store may surprise you also.

Well they are the bushings that are at the front of the swing arm so I don't even know how to get them out. If they were the ones that attach to the case I could get them out but I think I'm just going to have to change the whole swing arm out from my old scooter. Any threads that show how to do that on a 4t?

There are several ways to take them out. I take the new bushing and align it with the old one that is being removed. Then us a deep socket and some threaded rod that fits thru the center of the bushing. So as you are pressing the new one in you are pushing the old one out. If the center gets pulled out of the old bushing the new bushing should push the old one out.
Or you can do the same thing but using large washers that match the diameter of the old bushing and use the same tools as above to take the bushing out and install the new one.
