Look up "brake light modulator" or "brake light flasher" and you can find some that can be wired in.
I try to flash the brake lights myself before stopping. A few pulses before I actually stop to try and catch the attention of people behind me. Some will mimic that. Some will flash any time the brake light is active.

I have a unit that was given to me by a neighbor that wires in. He was going to use it on his goldwing. It would be easy to install where the main harness connects to the rear light harnesses.

sometimes in traffic I apply and let off the brake pretty frequently, so my brake light would constantly be flashing. annoying the shit out of the guy behind me. that's the reason I just manually flash when I want to get someones attention.

Nice find!
I have 3 LED brake/tail lights and one LED brake light so I would have to use the wired unit.
