no, you need to buy a tap and a stud (bolt with head cut off, threaded rod) that matches the tap.

What's it on? Stock 50? Yes, it's time for a new top end.
Expensive European BBK? Tap for a larger stud or for a helicoil.
If it were me in steel I'd probably drill and tap oversized, in aluminum I'd do a thread insert of some sort.

Like others have mentioned, either a get a expensive 6mm helicoil/thread repair kit or you could drill and tap for a 7mm and use this.

If you really wanna redneck it just get a 6/32 bolt run it all the way through and put a nut on the back side

Get a new head. I've tried everything and my stud still fell out. Helicoil may work but it's expensive. I've tried to drill out and re tap.. no luck. Heads are cheap. Replacing it will save you a lot of headaches.. pun intended
