You might have to just try it. You probably cannot modify it. Looks pretty close to me. Go to Harbor Freight, buy a cheap caliper and start measuring

Your original rim is 3.50 x 12.....so why get a 3.00 x 12 tube ?
It'll "probably" work but I would get a 3.50 x 12 inner tube.

My fault....most of the inner tubes are 3.00 - 3.50 x 12
so that one is ok as long as it's not 2.75 - 3.00 x 12
