For yourself it would be a good deal. If you are trying to fix and make a profit, not so much. It's definitely fixable though, but it'll take many hours.
I call bs on his speed claim of 60mph. It's a slow stroke. I mean 4 stroke.

you do know the salvage title is what make the deal what it is so saying as long as you enjoy it it's good but thinking you are going to make money with that title think not.

All states are different but here in Ia.nobody gets excited about a s salvage tittle.Insurance cos title bikes for infetesimal damage.I got a Duc that was sold at a salvage auction.Put a vice grip on the busted clutch handle and rode it 150 miles home.New handle ,mirror and one panel and I sold it for wholesale price of a new one.

idk my piaggio fly, has the same engine and it will top out a 60mph. easily cruise 55. just because its a four stroke don't mean they cant go fast.

ah, well don't have any video to submit. and with the weather change I doubt I could do it right now without some tuning I don't intend to do in the cold. perhaps when spring rolls around
