I currently have a 50 mm 100cc kit but I hear folks talking bout 62 mm bite kit and 150cc bore kit ? Should I upgrade my 100 cc why and why not ?

No, don't upgrade. You are already putting alot of strain on that crank with a 100cc kit. If you want more CC's, buy a 150cc or better scoot.
ALSO... have you considered doing a gear swap? That will gain you about 10mph more.

If you want something over 100cc you should consider a larger scooter. Building up a 50cc base scooter over 100cc is not a task for the novice or cost effective. Its possible with 52mm bores, stroker cranks, larger heads/valves plus the case machining required, cylinder spacers, its something you dont just slap together.

Yes GEAR SWAP. $33 free shipping www.ebay.com/itm/172039772546You'll have to get it pressed onto the old gear cog by a machine shop, but it will absolutely improve your top speed significantly.

Naraku 52.4mm 90cc is the biggest I've seen on the market. Most definitely use their crank if you go that big or the stroker crank mite be nice with that kit

STG claims better acceleration in that ebay ad for those gears.
Normally, lowering the final drive ratio REDUCES acceleration.
Anyone using these gears who can report on the effect it had on your acceleration?

I haven't done it on the 4Ts, but on my 2Ts with a lot of power I will say that you don't always notice much loss of acceleration with gear changes. It always feel snappier and more willing to wheelie with deeper (numerically higher) gear ratios though. Numerically lower gear ratios can improve acceleration at speed if your setup is normally revving past it's peak to be there. Otherwise, I wouldn't expect an improvement, unless maybe you happen to have a turbo on your 139QMB and it likes to pull.

I think I have a 83mm turbo in the pile I might slap on it It's a "1200HP turbo" so that should be fun

For the love of.......... Don't give him any more ideas. LOL
I don't think I have it in me to explain how superchargers/turbo are not feasible on a small bore engines.
Next will be fuel injection conversions.
