What do yous youts think, please? Seller posted $800 obo...
I purchased the Zuma in 2001 to use as a scooter to help set courses for my mobile driving school. It turned out to be the wrong thing, and lived in the trailer in Oregon, then when we moved to Las Vegas in 2003 it was transferred to a storage unit.
I have started the scooter pretty religiously at the very least every couple of months. I think a good deal of the mileage in running on its center stand.
It has an Oregon title in my name and everything is in order.
I will install a new battery for the electric start. I have been for the last several year just using the kick starter. Obviously its been out of the weather. The gauges, controls, lights blinkers all work. There is a small crack in the front body work.

That's about the going rate for any Zuma- not quite a steal but for the condition it's not over priced either. I bet it sells fairly quickly at that price...
That's a good year too- has the better front disk brakes. The older prebugs had a real cheesy front end with drum brakes. They are an absolute blast to ride! Just add a simple $100 BBK and you'll barely be able to keep the front wheel on the ground. They're wheelie machines! That's a nice one!

This makes me miss mine. I had an 02. Theyre so much fun. They have some power for a 49cc and i used to rip mine on dirtbike trails all the time. I put about 10k miles on it. It ran like a champ. Never had any problems.

The colour can be changed easily. As to price here in my area the price usually sit in the $900-1200 range for most Yamaha 2t's and more for a Honda Dio. I'd go for it.

I'd say it's a good deal. I paid 400 for mine and had to buy a couple hundred dollars in parts for it and put in many hours of work to make it look about as good as that one. If you still have room in your house, I'd go for it.

I'd grab it while you can. I barely see these on cl, I have one I'm pricing together. Great bikes, very sporty and fun.

And you can buy all new plastics for like $150-200 if you don't like the color. Parts are pretty popular for these.

So, went last night, and met the seller... we talked motorcycle and car racing more than looking at the scooter! hah hah. Nice guy, and he gave me a better deal. Anyway, loaded the little scoot in me suv and drove home late... But happy that I got the little Zuma 50!
