From the vid, almost sounds like the valves are out of adjustment.

From the vid, almost sounds like the valves are out of adjustment. I will check the valves then get back to you

I once got a crank where the chain sprocket was in the wrong place so I couldn't line up timing marks on the flywheel and cam. Might be something to check.

Based on your first vid(seeing the other 3 go to missing links) I see and hear several things wrong. The engine is noisy, so I would guess the valves are out of adjustment and possibly the timing chain tensioner is out of adjustment. The lack of power could be from the valve timing is off. The popping can be from the valves adjusted too tight(valve still open) or the timing is off. You are missing the breather tube off the valve cover. Whats up with you rear tire ? It wobbles when it is spinning. It also looks like its not seated on the rim properly. @2:30(in first video) on left side of tire and wheel, I can see outside of the rim. This should be impossible seeing the tire should be wider than the rim.

Where is the air cleaner in the first video?
No air cleaner == no run.

yeah I was going to say the same thing. with a wide open intake like that you are going to need a really big main jet, and you will never get good air velocity that way. you need at least some sort of intake runner.
I have run open intake like you have before and the only way it would run well, was by using tape to cover most of the intake opening, to lean out the mixture and allow the air speed to not drop through the floor while the intake valve is closed. remember its a single cylinder, so there aren't other cylinders continuing to draw air through the intake during the firing and exhaust strokes. that's why big cams don't give you that loppy idle you hear in multi cylinder engines.
a short 3 to 6 inch piece of radiator hose makes a good intake runner, and you can mount a cone style air filter on the end of it. if you don't still have the stock intake snorkel and air filter box. if you go this route, you have to use hose clamps. even if it seems like a really snug fit, it will fall off while you are riding if its not clamped securely to the carb.
