So now it runs good with out me sitting on it. When I go to sit it rides however it turns off when I try to give the throttle real power and this has about a 85 main jet. Video in next post to go with this description

I once got a crank where the chain sprocket was in the wrong place so I couldn't line up timing marks on the flywheel and cam. Might be something to check. Engine is noisy Valves are good now Is bretther tube really necessary to run?

vimeo.com/202466936Here is me showing u it throttled up good with no rider but with rider it dirs with a real throttle twist Based on your first vid(seeing the other 3 go to missing links) I see and hear several things wrong. The engine is noisy, so I would guess the valves are out of adjustment and possibly the timing chain tensioner is out of adjustment. The lack of power could be from the valve timing is off. The popping can be from the valves adjusted too tight(valve still open) or the timing is off. You are missing the breather tube off the valve cover. Whats up with you rear tire ? It wobbles when it is spinning. It also looks like its not seated on the rim properly. @2:30(in first video) on left side of tire and wheel, I can see outside of the rim. This should be impossible seeing the tire should be wider than the rim.

You should have an air filter on carb. Not sure what your jetting is, it might be running lean especially without the air box or filter.

Where is the air cleaner in the first video? No air cleaner == no run. I guess I have to say it again. Without the restriction from the stock air box the engine will not run. ANY change to the air box to make it breathe better will require re-jetting the stock carb. Removing the filter entirely will require major jet changes. Sticking a runner on will still require major jet changes. There are mods you can do to carbs to make them run without a filter but you would need knowledge and experience to do them.

I used to have a old Suzuki fa50. I had to use a cloth in a little container for my airfilter. Without it she was a goner. That thing had so many ridicules things done to it lol.
