Has anyone any links? check on scootertuning.ca and reference the vento triton. Those bits ought to get you into a 90 style crankshaft (aka 12mm pin with large variator splines and large flywheel shaft)

Keep in mind that it's a 'stroker crank'. Has a longer stroke than stock...

www.g-forcepowersports.com/CRANKSHAFTSMiniQuad-s/3226.htmYou'll need to know what kind of build you want before you choose a crank. The high end cranks are meant for high end cylinders. Varying strokes, conrod lengths, and gudgeon pin sizes don't let them mix and match with just anything. Budget is a big factor here. Huge price difference in the high end ~90cc stuff and the Taiwan crank and 54mm iron bores.

Going for the 54mm cylinder with a view to at a later date maybe fit the polini big evo 96cc, I'm guessing the 45mm stroke will fit both cylinders?? ATM I'm just really wanting a full circle high performance crankshaft for 96cc(54mm cylinder)

Plan 2 separate setups. I think the Big Evo uses a 13mm pin, 12mm for the Taiwan stuff so you can forget the same crank working with both. If you're gonna spend a small fortune on a Big Evo setup, you don't want a bunch of compromises anyway. Remember a setup like that will need the crank, cylinder, and pipe all matched... plus you should have a race ignition, full CVT setup to keep it revved, bigger carb.... No sense in planning to be on a tight budget.

I think one of the BIG EVO kits comes with all the stuff you need to convert it but thats BIG MONEY right there

Compared to Big Evo, maintaining a separate engine built with Taiwanese parts is chump change. Matt
