Hi i have posted before and have had a lot of problems with this taotao 49cc scoot. i have a brand new stator and spark plug in and the stock carb with different jets and ive had it like that for a while now. no problems past few months AND THEN... yesterday riding to work i got like a half mile from my house over 2 speed bumps slow then got back on the throttle and it started to slow down and come to a complete stop. it turned off as if i hit the kill switch, not like any bad sounds. it wouldnt start up and didnt show any signs of wanting to start unless i was WOT then it bogs a few times but never starts. <- carb issue or??? this morning i tried to start it again and when it bogs WOT when im trying to start it, I get white smoke coming from what looks like the valve cover if not the transmission case but it's ONLY when it tries to start AT WOT.
I have had a bad stator in the past and it sounds the same when im trying to start it except it actually bogs or almost starts when im WOT. I did not want to see how much smoke i could make so i did not continue to try to start it at WOT even though thats the only sign of it starting. Could going over bumps and letting off the throttle then slowly getting back on it cause this issue? Is it normal to see a little bit of smoke when trying to start it??(dont think so) What would possibly be some of the causes to this?
It is a 2016 ATM A1 model. ive never had head work or valves adjusted. oil is fairly fresh and im at about 8k miles on it now. Should i dump it?

If it has that many miles and has never had a valve adjustment, I would start with adjusting the valves. They could be tight as a vice and not opening enough to allow the engine to breath.

If it is automatic choke and a vac line is off then it might do that.
