Ok I found the snap rings, good look on that guys. Got the snapping pliers and got em slid up out the way. The bar still won't budge. Should I try heating it up with a propane torch? I'd like to have this engine case as a spare for my own. so I don't wanna ef it up.
The guy I bought it from(for 75$) said it just stopped running one day and he never could get it to start again. One side of the piston had shattered into about 7 pieces. So my question on this is since that piston blew up do you guys think it trashed the crank along with it.

Use some penetrating oil on that bar.
You'll have pieces of that down in the motor, so at the very least wash it out several times with some kerosene or diesel, Do that a few times and then turn the crank to see how it feels. If it feels gritty then you want to clean it more or replace it. You also want to make sure that it doesn't have play in the rod.

New question guys. I'm down to my flywheel and the flywheel puller I ordered from scooterpartsco is not the right one. How did you guys get yours off, I have an idea but I'm curious how you professionals did it?

Wow those fly wheels are really on there. After attempting to make my own puller I went to AutoZone and got a steering wheel puller that did the trick. Got the engine off the frame and I'm gonna start taking that apart and cleaning it later today/tomorrow.
