so after let say a 15min ride i got this weird pop and then i started to idle real low like it about so i propped it on the center stand rev it then quickly closed the thorttle the bike still reved for about 18secs then comes down to that low idle engine feels pretty hot

check compression with gauge .make sure valves are adjusted correctly..

Sounds like a possible vacuum leak to me. Check air filter connections, vacuum hoses, and make sure the intake isn't cracked. Some people mist water near potential leak areas to see if idle changes. Some use an unlit propane torch for the same purpose. Could also be a tuning issue; possibly too lean. Idle mixture adjustment could do it, or maybe a richer needle setting, but if it hasn't been through a tuning process I would consider going through a whole routine for the main jet and all : www.49ccscoot.com/faq/carbtune.html

Running lean. Plug should be a caramel brown color. Check for air leaks. My 2t had no gasket for the intake manifold when I had a similar problem, I couldn't go over 29mph.
