I'm going to open up my airbox on my 139 QMB a little, mainly the inlet side, i'm about to put on my new Keihin, which comes with an 85 jet standard, do I need to go up bigger for this, or will the 85 be enough for now

Try with the new carb before messing with the airbox? I've learned quickly to change just ONE thing at a time..

Try the #85 to start, do a plug chop, and go from there. With unrestricted air box you may need to go #90 or #95 main jet as well as a #33 or #35 pilot jet. More air needs more fuel.

I need to find a good quality authentic 20mm carb, preferably a reputable brand

I need to find a good quality authentic 20mm carb, preferably a reputable brand they are out there, you might be able to find the Keihin 20 mm, I'm sure they make one, at a Ruckus forum or a Honda bike forum, or look for an older used one, on ebay, it's not hard to rebuild them with a kit, there is nothing wrong with an older used carb, just take your time cleaning and rebuilding it. If I do the BBK on mine, eventually I will probably do the same
