Back again guys. A while back I had put my plastic engine shroud on and ever since the plug wire keeps popping off while I'm riding. It never ever did that b4. I know your gunna say do you have it on right or in the whole way and yes. I do. But for some reason it pulls the plug off.

replace the spark plug boot, they are pretty cheap. even salvage it from some other motor.

Also check that your engine shroud is fitted properly and doesn,t wobble around,and while your there check that your plug cap fits the plug snug,I,ve seen 2 types of cap 1 fits on the bare plug thread and one fits over the alloy nut that covers the thread on a new plug.On a good cap you can see a wire/spring that will grip the plug check that's still in there.

Switch your boot to the normal snap on type instead of the threaded type and you have better success. NHL caps are available at your local auto store cheap.
