I have a Yung Fun 2016 49cc scooter with the model # YN50QT-8 .....someone stole and I got it back a mess. I have been working in it and I got it running again it runs great my only problem is it looks like I'm dusting for mosquito problems in my neighborhood. I have adjusted the air fuel mixture it idles fine. I had to take off the pcv canister which I did that all right. I checked the valves the are good. But I still have excessive smoke coming out the exhaust and out the valve cover??? Please help. It is my only ride.

Drain the old fuel and fill with fresh fuel. Drain the carb also.
An engine will always have smoke coming out of the crankcase. It is called blowby past the rings. The rings have gaps in order to function and a portion of the combustion gasses will flow through the gaps. Normally the valve cover vent has a tube on it to connect it to the carb intake via the air filter so the vapors can be burned.
You can check the compression and the condition of the rings with a compression tester. Some parts stores may have a tester to loan out but it has to have an adapter the right size to fit your sparkplug hole. There is compression test info in the tech section.

Like FrankenMech said.
47mm BBK's are inexpensive and a whole lot of power over stock 50cc. Easy to install and the stock crankshaft handles it well at WOT.
