I'm not really sure about UK specific sites.
autotech355 on eBay sells some cylinder kits and cranks and he's in Taiwan so he prob ships worldwide.
partsforscooters.com has some cranks and cylinders.
I have seen 42, 45, and 48mm stroke cranks on eBay. Not sure of the sellers, just searching.
g-forcepowersports.com has a lot of high end stuff (2FAST, Malossi... $$$$). I'd imagine you can find the high end stuff in your country pretty easily.
kaseaparts.com carries the small parts and odds and ends (fan shrouds, nuts, studs, etc...) and they also have performance parts.
I found out the hard way not to buy the cheapo cylinders on eBay. I had 3 of them. One came cracked. The ones I ran were noisy from poor clearances. It's worth the money to get a decent Taiwan made cylinder.

Auto tech 355 used to sell a kit for converting 50cc cases. Didn't have to cut the cases as much for the crank. I think that kit was 54 bore x 42 stroke. You could also use a crank Athena makes for their 80cc kit. 43 stroke 12mm piston pin but it fits in 50 cases without cutting. That and a short 54 cylinder would make a nice kit. You could also try their entire 80 kit. 47.6 bore x 43 stroke requires no case cutting but I would back fill and trench. They claim 17? Hp with a c16 pipe. Not quite as torque as the big motors but should make a fine street motor that doesn't have to turn to the moon for power

You could either spend the money buying crankcases etc.. In ebay u can find eton and polaris 90cc crankcases they look very similar maybe some of the american guys here can chime in whether they are different or not,im currently looking for a cheapish 90cc crankcase simply to install a polini big evo cylinder and crank, Maybe someone here knows whether the 90cc crankcases still need to be machined to fit the big evo kit. Im in uk and this is wat im looking to do aswell

Short or long case? The 90 cases will take the high end big stuff with no cutting but you should still trench and match them

Hellz ya if u can get an Aerox 100 case get it! Those Aerox parts aren't available to us here in the US so we don't typically think of that but wish we could get them here. Just keep in mind it will use different parts than a 1e40qmb...

Will the polini big evo cylinder and crank fit without milling the case?

If ur in the UK, you should be riding a 180cc scooter. I like these over the dragster.

Don't get an Aerox 100 if you want a high end build. AFAIK, you can only get street/sport cylinders for them.
The Big Evo will need case cutting to work on 49cc cases.

Bent is right the 100cc Yamaha cases won't work with the normal 50 or 90 parts. Bearings, cranks and cylinder stud spacing are all different. Stick with the 50 or 90 cases

Probably. You can look at pics and tell. If it's a Minarelli and it doesn't have a reverse gearbox, then that should be what you're after. The reverse geabox is huge and easy to spot. If you want to use the gears from an ATV engine, then you have to make sure it has a regular axle and not a shaft meant only for a sprocket to mount to.
