Hey we gotta have more info than that! Whats your setup? 50cc or 70cc or bigger, stock pipe or tuned, high end cylinder or sporty, airbox or the dreaded uni filter?

70cc I don’t know what brand it was on when I bought it. Leovince zxr, the dreaded uni filter(was the only one that came with it)

Hmmmm. How does the existing carb and tune work for it? Or did you get it as a non runner?

if you have a 19mm without jets and just need somewhere to start, I would suggest check a bunch of different sites, what jets are delivered with 19mm. With open filter you should need a pretty large main jet compared to stock air box.

Tune the CVT for that. The zx-r likes weights in the low 4 grams; 4.2 - 4.3. Semi stiff clutch springs like yellow Malossi's as well.

I had a 4 stroke atomizer in it so I swapped the atomizer and bushing and it changed nothing. I am also having a very hard time finding a head gasket because i have ordered 3 and they were all too big. The diameter of the groove for it is 50mm.

I tuned my first Dellorto with the 4 stroke atomizer and bushing as well. I got the right parts eventually and it gave me better throttle response.
Can't help ya with the gasket, though I think that you can cut them and "glue" them with something. Try Googling it.

Definitely needs lighter rollers. that might be part of it but not all of it because sometimes when I first start it it is really responsive but after that it will take off like the video

A weak contra spring will do that.
