whats up guys just changed my vaccum diaphragm and the bike statred up and ran for 10 minutes then went to take off, bike stalled and wont start.went out today and fuel line is dry. tried forcing it by sucking on the vaccum tube and it comes out but bike still wont start.

So the fuel flows when you apply vacuum? Is it flowing through the fuel filter? If so, you might just need to clean the carburetor with some GumOut.

the carb is litterally brand new the filter is brand new. everything has fuel just maybe not enough vaccum?

Is there fuel in the tank? Is the tank vent clear? Did you install the vacuum and fuel lines to the correct places?
If you suck on the vacuum line with the fuel line in a container you can see how much (or lack of) fuel is flowing. If you get flow and still no start the issue may be within the carb.
