Manual choke, Dellorto 19, Should you "need" to use the choke on warm days? I can start it right up without the choke. Does that mean I am too rich on startup or is it normal?

If it runs fine and idles fine I would be happy with it. Some engines/carburetors only requires choke in colder weather.

Coolio! I have read that when you are at wot and pull up on the choke i'll want to jet down some or jet up some because it is giving a bit too much fuel. Maybe jet UP because when I put on the choke at wot it doesn't make any difference. ?

I wouldn't use the choke as an indicator whether to jet up or down. Some carbs can handle choke at wot but will bog at half throttle. To properly find your correct main jet you will have to start out with to big of a jet (4-stroking at wot) and then jet down one size until you engine runs smoothly without bogging at wot.

Dellorto 21. The more I drive it the less I have to choke it. If it sits for any time at all chances are I end up having to choke it. Daily driving. No choke. Just personal experiences...

Cool. Thanks! I am running the stock exhaust and it's hard to hear the "4 stroking". I've noticed when I let off the throttle after wot it is pretty quiet coming up to a stop sign. I'm running about 44 at wot and I'm pretty light so I think I can get more out of it. '(08 Zuma 2t) So this "quiet" period where I let off the throttle after wot and it sounds as if it is misfiring is 4 stroking?? As I accelerate it is very linear without any flat spots....I can reach almost 3/4 throttle and there is no missing. Once I reach 3/4 throttle I am running 43-44mph and if I turn it a bit more I get no more acceleration...... When I let off it is very quiet and about 20 mph I get a misfire until I slow down to a stop.

This is 4-stroking youtu.be/PZnRhJocqCQYou start out with a jet that is so big that it makes your scooter 4-stroke at wot. Than one size down until it stops 4-stroking at wot.

I understand. Thanks for the video. It doesn't do it at wot but when I let off it is like "missing" until I come to a stop. 95 jet on stock intake and exhaust seems a bit high to be honest.
