I've run across these in my search for parts and I don't see why this wouldn't work. The biggest thing is figuring out how and where to mount the radiator. You don't need another oil pump as it uses the engine's oil pump. It might not be a bad idea to look into getting a higher flow pump, though. I'm not sure how similar this engine is to the generic GY6 engines. It also wouldn't be a bad idea to pull your oil drain and measure it to see if it's the same diameter as the generics.
Anyone else care to chime in?

Hi,
In my opinion you may be creating another problem by adding the oil cooler. The reason being is the oil cooler will have to be full of oil always and if it is higher than the engine’s own oil level how do you manage with that? The problem I’m seeing is when you un cap the engine’s oil reservoir, oil will come gushing out all over the place. So, how could you check the oil level, how do you control the back flow?
I see problems without answers but maybe someone else knows a lot more about this?
Good luck, Greg

Good luck, Greg Usually the oil cooler is mounted so the inlet and outlet are mounted up, which doesn't allow the oil to drain back very much, if at all, when the engine is shut off. There are lots of air cooled ATVs that use an oil cooler similar to what he's linked. The downside to this is that you always have old oil trapped in them when you do an oil change. I would think in a climate like Iraq, any added cooling would make a huge difference in engine longevity.

I understand. I was imagining a high mounted radiator thing but in reality that wouldn’t be practical. I can understand the need for extra cooling Iraq.
