I am exactly your size and have a 50cc, but I agree with pinkscoot. A 50cc is illegal on the highway here. For highway use look for 200cc+ or you will get creamed. Nobody runs 55 on the highway, they run 65-75MPH here. KC is a river city so getting across the rivers is difficult if you can't run fast. There are only a few ways across the rivers and you would have to push your scoot or get arrested. My inlaws had seats at the speedway, last three years I went down, ny wife and splurged on the Wolf Lodge so we wouldn't have to drive from a motel in KC traffic, worst was when they had races and a game on the same weekend.

Engine swaps on a ruck aren’t a cheap or quick build, but they’re a lot of fun. They make boatloads of parts for them.

Thanks, guys. The 150 has sold and since neither of the other two are anything special for the money, I'm going to hold on to what I have for now.

That was a hard call, Matt. ...but sort of glad. Feel partial to 50"s

In my opinion and experience for 55 mph roads you need 70 mph top speed. For 70 mph hwys. You need 85 mph top speed. Anything less will be disappointing in certain situations.
