installed a 72cc bigbore kit. Started it by hand choking/ covering the air intake on the carb. It started, ran for about three seconds, and died. Had low power. Now, it won't start. Where should I start?

No it did not. Low compression and siezed second ring meant I needed to replace the piston.

What scoot? Did you up jet the carb? Is the air box and exhaust installed? What carb?
