Can someone please tell me what size is the washer that goes between the drive face and variator is?? I’m having problems with the belt slapping in the cvt and riding so high on the variator that it’s hitting the starter gear and making the scooter shake really bad at high speeds so I’m hoping that the washer solves all these problems.

It varies by scoot. What make and model scoot and what engine does it have?

Something is wrong sounds sketsy... doesnt make sense...
There is no washer on front CVT as Stock std. Only Naraku's aftermarket "Bushing Pin" kit has variation on shim washer included.
some 139qmb/qma engine's thow have a "Ristriction" very thick ring spacer in front CVT assy (can be as thick as 2~3mm), to ristrict how far Belt can go.
this mentioned ring is due "National homologations" for like max speed , drivers licence category...on 49cc mopeds... even in states USA...on some regions..
stock oem front cvt diam is 86mm iirc and "Koso" etc oversize is diam 89mm. without mentioned "National" ristriction ring spacer, the oversize 89mm can cause belt to hit Bendix....
mentioned stock "Bushing pin's" at front CVT varie little bit byt basically only like +/- 0,5~1mm on max lenght. Aftermarket Naraku etc made Bushing Pin's are another case...
are you sure that you dont have Overlenght cvt belt ? what is your engine type ? short case 40cm long, 10" rims ?
belt specs already are written on this forum for shortcase 40cm/10inch 139qmb.
long case 12" rims 139QMA belt specs are also written on forum... if you search....

I have a 1p39qmb 2016 taotao50. It 50mm bbk with big valve head and A9 cam with stroker crank shaft. I also have the performance variator and clutch with 10g sliders and 2000rpm contra spring and clutch springs. Idk whats causing this but I know I have the right belt. It's the 669 18 something one. But yes I have the short case with 10inch wheel. Ever since I got the big valve head this started. Guessing it's just because it has more power and spinning the belt way faster. I just need the size of the washer so I can restrict how high it goes in the variator.

I'm thinking I might have the variator bushings mixed up now that I think about it. Cuz I've never thought to size the different ones up I've had over time so no telling which one I have on it. I'll check later tonight or tomorrow.

Yes 669x18x30 is the correct Belt for 10"wheel 40cm short case. just to Clarify, this is what i ment by Naraku's Bushing kit and its Shim assortment: www.mc-scatter.com/images/webkuvat/304-0421.jpgBushing pin lenght 38mm Shimm washers included: 0.05mm, 0.1mm, 0.2mm , 0.5mm and this is the diam 89mm High speed front CVT (is made-sold with Various diff names Brands) www.mc-scatter.com/images/webkuvat/304-0385.jpgi do not have any stock 139qmb "bushing Pin" in my hand right now or its stock/std length to write. but sounds like we are on right Path finding the fault...Just clarify at somepoint if your front CVT has diam 89mm.

I'm definitely gonna have the get that bushing kit with the shims. I'm about to head to work but I'll measure it when I get home or tomorrow. I'm actually using homemade shims from an aluminum can right now and it feels like it's actually fixed my problem but I put a brand new oem clutch on it instead of my performance one. Top Speeds dropped at least 15mph but at least it's not shaking and shredding belts.

Actually it didn't fix the shaking. Ughhh I don't fucking understand this?? It makes no sense why it's doing this. I've replaced the variator 3 times and put a new crankshaft in and a new clutch and I've went through three belts. The only thing I haven't changed is the output shaft to the back wheel.
