Picked up this scooter for 50 bucks! I was told it was a 50cc but it's definitely a 150.. somehow stuffed it in the back of the Acura mdx.. drove 2.5 hours to get it! Anyways.. it's a beautiful scooter.. I've figured out it's an "Anatta Alfeo" but I can't find a damn thing on it! Anyone know what motor is in this thing?! Doesn't run.. but I need to know what I'm buying parts for!

Dunno about engine but that sure is a good looking outfit. It looks like you have lots of leg & foot room too. Good buy!
Greg
You may have bought a total orphan. The company is no longer in business and the scoot was made in eastern China so engine might be GY6 or Minarelli based. ? ?
Google dell'annatta alfeo for more info, you won't get much without the dell' part.
Good Luck with this.

Thanks greg.. I was under the impression it was a 50cc taotao.. thought it was just a strange model I had never seen before.. turns out it's some wild 150cc! I'll probably clean it up real good and go from there.. if I knew what engine it was it would make it much easier!

From the pic, I'd guess GY6 125-150. Check the engine code on the CVT side. Should be down low, in front of the CVT and near the oil drain plug.

Tis a gy6 150cc gentlemen. Very happy about this.. I tore it apart.. took all plastics off.. washed it inside and out.. replaced spark plug... all fuel and air lines.. cleaned combustion chamber.. cleaned carb and intake manifold.. Drained old gas and replace a with ethanol free 91 octane with octane booster/fuel cleaner.. aannd... She fired right up! Broke the plastic throttle cable housing when screwing with it .. got a new one but the size for bars is different. Refabricated new one from broken components.. It's bone stock and runs like a dream. Spark plug looks good.. took it for a test run a few times.. no sputtering or anything! I'll tell you though... going from a 52mm bbk fully upgraded 50cc to that thing.. there is no contest. It has balls! It's called an Annata Alfeo. It's a 2007.. I guess they mimicked the look of the scoots from the 50s. Don't know how long they made them but they don't anymore. Quite pleased with my 50 dollar buy!

You really did find a good buy. Too bad about the throttle problems but you got it under control. I'm a bit envious too.

Chinese copy of the Honda Joker. A few importers re branded these bikes over the years (I'm pretty sure FLY Scooters had one, or at least one very similar anyway. It was called the Il Bello), so they're out there and largely they tend to be nice bikes. They're almost all 150cc GY6. Pretty sure they were a ZNEN bike before ZNEN went to crap.

Yep. I'm glad it's a gy6. I know the 50cc gy6 extremely well. This is the same thing.. just less space to work on it inside frame haha. The bello was it's sister basically. Tough to find these scooters but I love this damn thing. Modified the pipe the other day. Sounds like a dang harley now.. the power increase on a 150 is much more noticeable. I'll eventually bore it out.. that will be exciting!
