Here's what I did to get a Peace Sports TPGS-810 that sat for 2 plus years years in the parking lot rain, sleet, snow..... 1. Thoroughly cleaned the carburetor with steal wool and carburetor cleaner, soaked brass jets in vinegar and baking soda and cleaned jets with carburetor cleaner and used stripped copper wire for jet holes and all carburetor passage ways. Set fuel mixture screw 2.5 out, replaced/fixed all fasten braces to the carburetor. 2. Emptied old gas out of tank, removed gooked up gas filter, changed all corroded lines.. 3. Changed spark plug 4. Changed rollers 5. Adjusted intake and exhaust values to .0004 of an inch. I get 37-40 mph on a flat surface.. 15-20 mph on a up hill... 42-46 mph on a down hill... youtu.be/PecWCjE00dE
