needing the speedo gear drive on front wheel

i have a 2011 ningbo rhon scooter, an the gear drive for the speedo cable on front wheel is half gone, are these all pretty much the same of specific to each scooter? cable is all good just the gear drive housing missing

For the most part they are the same in their class of scooters. If it's a Chinese 50 with disk brakes then most are the same.
If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me.

Before buying, look at several pictures.
