I got hold of a turbokit pipe my problem is it is made for my ride but i have bbk and exaurst port flange needs to be 28mm problem is header is 25mm heres a photo ive marked the size needed i know i can just gring out to size. But knowing header pipe length is important at least it wont have a step restricting flow but will reduce size quickly then enlarges again next pice of pipe spection thoughts

That is a horrible head pipe!!!A 2stroke should have a smooth tapering headpipe,that one is s**t...Perhaps a better pipe can be found and modified to get you some decent power..Once you get the engine together,get me the port durations and I will calculate some reasonable pipe dimensions,then we could search for a good alternative..

Yer i know i payed for a hypa race payed €300 and this is what i was sent not good hay and for turbokit someone at factory swaped this is waht i was ment to get big difference I email turbokit they were more intrested in tell me i know nothing its the same pipe just not cromed we will give you €35 refund what a joke the pipe i waited 7 weeks to be so called made turned into a very stressfull ordeal i got my money back and told to keep and you can see why they said keep i think it was a 2nd out of bin made by newbie its a joke i want to just get something good but hard to get for size of motor can get hand made for 130cc to bolt on $250usd $300-325 aud was very pissed off when i opened box that was right they wouldnt do a thing there hebo too i was very suprised what about a RS2 100cc what u think the pipe i have is shit but its that or stock and ivr got a sleeper pipe bet it would run better a subject im not fond about lol Its now port matched and 28mm but better than nothing till i can get new one

Was thinking for pulling apart and acid was inside till clean but you just dont know may just keep and put on 50cc when i clean it up

This is the only part worth keeping header needs to be fully replased at least or new pipe i agree this is the body of pipe

Yes your right about that and i do want a tuned pipe not rubbish the only pipes i could find were the one you see but thats not what i payed for and the RS2 or Endy extrem and there a ebay pipe made for bws 4vp motor for 130cc big bore looked good well made and no restrictions with pressher springs half way doen headder any of the above would have been a better pipe but thats what i got sent ok its free now got refund but what to do with it

Was looking at this pipe i know its a cheapie but hay better than what i have Thinking better to take the great advice i get from here and get timing numbers and post to get tuned pipe spec and have or make my self i hope thank all

The first pipe you posted looks like a good street pipe,the stinger ID should be at least 21mm...

I gave the pipe i had a acid rinse with stright acid all the inside cleaneded up good just rinsed a few times till clean acid came out was rusty tge first 2 rinces and wd40 it big time lol and then a coat of 2t oil all inside of course going to have to use to run in dont have the cash to buy new at moment on the list next
