What do the engine gurus think about this? m.1977mopeds.com/item/3433353134Definitely cheaper than going for a full LC set up if you've already got a dialed in ac engine and are just trying to push a little more out of it.

That is pretty cool. It's for a moped tho. Don't think it'll fit on our minarelli motors.

They claim it will fit a Honda, so that’s only 1.5mm away, .75 per side, only stud spacing. They also list one for a 47mm bore, same otherwise, but it’s out of stock.

Treatland has a similar product. Theirs actually looks a lot nicer and more thought out but the stud spacing is tighter and there isn't enough meat to open it up any like the 77mopeds one.
I seem to remember seeing one someone was having good results with that was epoxied together?

As 190 said, I'm sure it's an improvement vs AC. Personally, if I'm gonna go to the trouble of plumbing and maintaining an LC system and paying $150 for just a head, I'd get an LC cylinder or just keep it AC. Usually the cons of LC are cost, plumbing andn mounting a radiator, and maintenance. This gets you all of the cons, but less of the pros, since I'd think it would be more effective to have liquid surrounding the cylinder and near the exhaust port as well. You can get pretty much any cylinder that's available in AC in LC versions so most setups can be replicated. Cost goes up, but you're paying a good bit for a head this way too. If you can do the fabrication yourself or just want to try something different, then it's a different story.
