I saw guy on youtube runing 197/131 with voca combat exhaust. Many many many factors are involved and port timings arent holy. But id start with 195 ex and 130 transfer. Stock is around 190-130 depending on base gasket thickness.

Stock the exhaust is 21,3mm and other ports 30,6mm, with these timing it will be 19,55mm exhaust and 30,2mm other ports. This guy runs this on voca combat exhaust www.youtube.com/watch?v=CtBMvkURjbM

Here is stock timings. That spreadsheet is in Dutch. Where did you find it? Scooterfreaks or scooter-forum.net? I think those timings are accurate....but measured without a base gasket. I did a port timing check on my 47,6mm Athena Racing (metrakit SP3 actually) a few years ago with the 0.3mm gasket installed (if i remember right, check my 70mph build thread to be sure). Used a degree wheel printed on a 12 inch LP record (accurate). I measured 190ex, 130trans. Forgot what the boost port was. I think a Yasuni c20/c21/c30 is a tad overkill. You should stick with a Yasuni C16 or S6 R1200.

How it is overkill when i drive it now with stage6 sport pro ported and it rips ..... its kinda funny that u say this overkill. What ever i will be thinking more into this timings i think even 197/131 wont be enough for 21/22hp at the wheel.
Edit: P.S 70mph is way too low for that cylinder i was getting 125km/h gps with the sport pro thats like 78mph, with this will be much more .
