Glad someone good made a home for that wayward motor! I could not tell you how many times I talked myself into and out of buying that thing.

I’ve already told Spaz that he can have it back anytime he wants if need be. I thought I made people good deals. Spaz does it Jumbo style. Haha!

Well done overse! I am glad to see that the engine found a new home where it will be treated the way it should be and not end up getting messed up.
That pump is a very unique piece of work and we finally will be able to see what's what on that small scooter frame. I would not be surprised if it could keep up with your big beast.
Try to find a pre 2002 Aerox fork. That should fit.

Just throw the motor in it and send it! Stick with them super light jog wheels. Just get the proper speed rated tires. All the fastest scoots run 10 inch wheels.

It would be a shame if you need to grind on those nice Aerox wheels. If you are lucky it might fit as is though.

I'll have to measure the thickness of both rims tomorrow to see if they'll just fit in another Jog tree as is. I won't be modifying any of Spaz's parts in case he needs them back. All bolt on. This build will mainly be for looks.

I see so it wasn't machined down to fit the caliper but to fit the fork.
