Ok, I had good spark on my purejet engine. Took tooend apart for new piston and gaskets. Put back together and now no spark. I don't know much about these fuel injected piaggio engines. Lots of electronics. What could the problem be??

Just so you are not alone in your quest, not many references to fuel injection on the forum,my only experience was with an aprillia SR50 that wouldn,t run we had the Haynes manual and checked all the components as per the manual still came up blank,it turned out that some high octane fuel had been used and was replaced with normal stuff job done.Might not help but get a manual and test what you can.I don,t like to suggest this but have you checked your work? maybe missed an earth point? loose rusty connection?I,ve made some almighty errors on my route to a repair shop free life.

I have spark, wasn't holding down the left hand break! Anyways, I broke a engine stud while torquing down the top end. I'm just going to part it out on eBay, then I'll be able to but the parts I want for my 2000 Aprilia sr50. Wish I could keep it and figure out what is wrong? At one point is seemed to almost start then nada? I think low compression. Maybe the air pump on it. Don't have time to figure it out.
