I have replaced the headlight current one had one side burned out, and it get noticeably brighter. 1. When i add RPM it gets brighter, is this normal? 2. I don't see much difference between far beam and close beam, isn't far supposed to be brighter? 3. Whats the procedure to adjust the headlights to not blind other drivers?

4 remove plastics to acces & remove the sender in the tank, move the float manually check resistance check the fuse & power on the red wire, and black(?) wire(switched) feeding cluster My fuel sender resistance reading (between ground and signal wire) when disconnected, tank is like 75% full = 33 omh when i move float down with finger i get something like over 240 omh Whats the normal omh range for fuel sender? When i measure wiring connector coming to the sender unit i got 3 wires left = ground middle = signal right = +12v Middle signal wire to frame (ground) measures 2.5 volts when ignition is on?

Vibrations felt in mirrors on idle only stops at 3000 rpm and higher is normal?
Also idle RPM is 2000 feels a bit high however i found this label on engine. Feels like previous owner overclocked the idle to hide vibrations.

Noticed oil leaking from one of the front shocks on the bottom tough not top, i only see top oil seals sold, do where can i buy bottom seal to repair it?
EDIT: Fixed, bottom bolt inside left shock was loose and was dripping oil.
Where you usually shop for fork oil locally, AutoZone & Pepboys don't have it.

can anyone answer above questions? and this ones too:
1. - Currently i am at full stop and turn the gas up very very fast just to see what will happen my bike rpm go down and engine dies, its normal what it happens?
2. - When moving nothing happens until RPM goes to 4000, engine vibrating makes noise and something slipping, but scooter does not move then it takes off fast, there's no smooth way to accelerate or something is wrong?
3. - How much fork oil do i put in the front forks?
4. - Will changing tire size using less tire pressure than manual recommends improve stability? Right now in general when lane is not even (not even bump or pothole) i feel every spot of the road and the loss of control
When along the lane one section of the road is lower than another by tiny bit and my wheel happen to be along the higher section i cannot make a turn upon section that sticks out.
5. - What are pros and cons of upgrading stock air intake to a filter (California weather)?

I also noticed when i use horn at night time when parked my headlights get dim when i ride and use horn it does not dim it. Cant imagine horn drawing so much power?
All voltage regulators are universal as long as they 4 wire or i need same exact one?

Scoot is at about 8K miles, no brake replacements yet. Speedo: Is the cable screwed into the speedo unit? If so, unscrew it, then spin the front wheel and see if the inner cable turns. If so, bad speedo. Fuel gauge wiring can be done a few ways. 12 volts comes from the harness, goes thru the gauge and the sensor (which varies resistance according to fuel level) and ground. Those could be in most any order. You can use either use a 12 volt test light or a meter to figure it out. Make notes (wire color, connection, voltage) with each test sequence to keep it straight. mu sppedo stop at 12330 and my brake cable snapp on me doing 30 to stop manange to pass car with no brakes sense i have rear only cable snapp at 11200 check on that

Speedo fix was easiest of them all just buy a new Scooter Speedometer Drive it was my problem maybe cable there's not much more to it. Mine was not working when i bought it its 7years old scooter reads about 2500 miles not sure about real mileage, replaced front hydraulic hose already, rear drum cable still old.
