I’ve got a 2016 Honda metropolitan that I bought brand new and now has 5,700 miles on it. It’s been a great scoot and runs great. It’s fuel injected and liquid cooled. My only complaint is the top speed. If you are on flat ground, it will get to about 37 and hit the rev limiter and won’t go any faster, even down hill. Does anyone know of a way I can get more top speed out of it? It’s got plenty of power and gets up to 37 quick for a stock 50.

Parts resource link. Instead of gaming the Virginia moped stipulations . . how about replacing the 50cc with at least a 125cc scooter? Just appears to be yet another case of "laws don't apply to me" mentality.
